Progressive Web App ( PWA ) is a Website/Blog that can be installed like a Smartphone Application on Desktop or Mobile and can be created directly from the Web. Progressive Web App is very fast to access and more importantly, Progressive Web App supports all types of Browsers.

What do we need?
Of course a Web Browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, or other browsers (Make sure the browser you are using is up-to-date, I recommend using Chrome).Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. (Even if only a little).
